From April 23 to 26, the Intertool at the Wels trade fair will once again become the hotspot for the industry. The trade fair for manufacturing technology, originally planned for June 2024, will take place together with Schweissen on this new date.
"We are in constant communication with our most important partners and exhibitors. In these discussions, the wish to bring the Intertool date forward to April was often expressed. We are very pleased that, together with Messe Wels, we have managed to realize the desired date," says Christine Kosar, Head of Portfolio Industry at RX Austria and Germany. The event has thus found a date that is optimal for both exhibitors and visitors. This lays an important foundation for a successful Intertool 2024 and beyond.
Merger of Intertool and Schweissen
But it's not just the date that's new, the trade fair is also being expanded in terms of content. Intertool and Schweissen are taking place at the same time in Wels. "Our aim is to cover as broad a spectrum as possible with our events and to use synergy effects. The interaction of the two trade fairs enables us to do just that. The decision was welcomed by the advisory boards and the most important exhibitors," says Christoph Schrammel, Product Manager Intertool and Schweissen, about the new features.
The new date and the parallelism of Intertool and Schweissen create optimal conditions for Austria's largest industrial platform.
